Meditation has been part of my life for a very long time, I call it my breakfast, and it sets me up for the day. With the quick pace and demands of life, so many people can often feel stressed and over-worked. It often feels like there are just not enough hours in the day to get everything done.
Stress and tiredness can certainly make us unhappy, impatient and frustrated. It can even affect our health in certain situations. We are often so busy with the day-to-day rituals of life that we feel there is little time to stop and have a bit of time for ourselves.
